Day 2
So today was 10000% better then yesterday ! I got over my fear of running at the gym :$ haha my boyfriend and I worked out our legs … I know I’m going to feel it tomorrow /: but OH WELL ! Then did a mile on the bike . Ahh good day ! The couple that works out together stays together .

Day one
I did 60 mins of cardio .. Then my body just kept telling me to slow down. So I worked on the machines for 10 mins then I decided to hit the sauna for about 10 mins to kind of relax … Went to the restroom and did another 10 mins then realized my body was screaming for me to slow down… Hopefully tomorrow is better ! Listen to your body.
